Bechamel

Bechamel

Today we are preparing bechamel which will serve us later for lasagna and many other recipes in future.


Ingredients:
30 g butter
30 g flour
500 g full fat milk
Salt

Preparation:
  • Melt butter in a pot.


  • Add flour stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly without letting it change color.


  • Add milk slowly beating with a whisk.

Bechamel

  • Add salt. Aggiungere il sale. Continue to cook and keep stirring with wooden spoon.

Bechamel

  • When it starts to boil, lower the heat and continue to cook until it thickens.

Bechamel

  • Let it cool.
